 Guest_Dastan is practicing his swordplay with one of the guards Guest_Aliyah was wandering around and soon comes up on them practicing, keeping out sight as she watchesGuest_Aliyah steps out and motions to the guard to hand her the sword "lets see if I can do this..." Guest_Aliyah the guard hands her the sword, and she takes it, looking at Dastan "yes?" Guest_Aliyah : trying my hand at sword play... Guest_Aliyah : because I want too. Guest_Aliyah mirrors his action, watching him closely Guest_Dastan attackes...keeping his speed slow until he sees where she is skill level wise... Guest_Aliyah defends quite easily, and to his surprise speeds it up, attacking him quickly Guest_Dastan they go at eachother for quite a while...until she finally overtakes him...knocking him on his ass Guest_Aliyah stands over him, the tip of her sword inches away from his throat Guest_Aliyah lowers her sword, stepping back "I have to be able to defend myself and my kingdom more than with just magic" Guest_Aliyah holds out her hand to him to help him up Guest_Aliyah as soon as he was up, she lets go of his hand, stepping back, looking away, getting her expression under control then looks back at him "We need your help with something..." Guest_Aliyah : we need you to get Captain Hook to tell you two who made it possible for him to cross over the border Guest_Aliyah : something about this isnt sitting right, Dastan...and I dont want anything to happen to her...I cant allow him to take you two back while something is rubbing me the wrong way about this whole situation... Guest_Dastan : you didnt expect our parents to find a way to get us back? Guest_Aliyah looks at him "no..just didnt expect it to be this quick...but as you have so kindly pointed out before, they've been trying for years" she says, snappishly Guest_Dastan : Wow...really...we had you all of one day...not even a day...overnight...and your royal guards were out searching for you...but you expect ours to do any less... Guest_Aliyah : no not at all... Guest_Aliyah : I...I...got the feeling that he was lying about who sent him... Guest_Dastan : course he is lying...He is Captain James Hook for evil's sake... Guest_Aliyah looks at him "oh just forget it....I knew this was a waste of time..." she turns to walk away Guest_Dastan : What do you want Ali...me to con a confession out of the Captain of the Jolly Roger...convince Leia to stay here for the rest of her life... Guest_Aliyah she turns and looks back at him "yes thats what I want you to do...and no, just convience her that he isnt going to take her back to her mother...I dont know who the hell he is working for but its a possiblity that he is working for Rumple!" Guest_Aliyah : and you were just going to go back willing with him just because he said your parents sent him to bring you two back?! Guest_Dastan : No...I was trying to figure out a way to keep Leia here where she is safe while I go back and figure out how to handle a dark lord Guest_Aliyah : add to that he has some papers giving him the right to act as a guardian.. Guest_Dastan : probably designed and written up by the master of loop holes... Guest_Aliyah : most likely...and that ties our hands concerning her....I was able to give us a few days to figure something out... Guest_Dastan : because Rumple knows the only way he gets what he wants is for Leia to forfill that contract she signed Guest_Aliyah raises a brow "care to explain that?" Guest_Dastan : I dont know all the details...but...the basic idea is if Leia is "unwed" by the time she reaches her 18th birthday...she is under contract to marry Rumple's son Baelfire... Guest_Aliyah frowns deeply Guest_Dastan : harsh...long...cold winter...you do what you have to to survive...in exchange for her hand in marriage...We got enough food and supplies to get us through a few winters... Guest_Aliyah : for how long? he needs her dragon heart...and once she matures enough he will kill her for that Guest_Aliyah : so how do we get her out of this contract?! Guest_Aliyah sighs softly, looking away from him Guest_Dastan : and i have little doubt that if she doesnt marry Bae...that one of his little...loopholes...he will go after our parents...no one breaks a deal with him... Guest_Aliyah : maybe its time someone did....plan it carefully and find a way to keep him from your parents... Guest_Aliyah : then we take the battle there...he wont be expecting us...and you are going to hate me but I think there is a way to break that contract.... Guest_Dastan : Ali...as accepting as your father and a few others have been...you know full well there is no way that anyone from Mysthaven is going to come riding to the rescue of the Villains...especially villains like Jafar and Maleficent Guest_Aliyah : thats a problem we'll work on later..and yes there is...get Leia married before her birthday Guest_Aliyah um..." bites her lower lip "Phillip" she says softly "keep them married until Rumple is defeated...." Guest_Aliyah : no Im not...I dont like even mentioning it but thats one thing he wont expect... Guest_Dastan : true...course once news of it gets over the border...her mother will be in an uproar Guest_Dastan : we'll see for sure just how strong that barrier really is Guest_Aliyah : yeah I know but to keep her alive, its worth a shot... Guest_Dastan : Like every other girl...you included...she dreams of true love...of having what her mother had with her father... Guest_Dastan : she is still young enough to beleive its possible...even for a villains child Guest_Aliyah : and who knows it could be Phillip.... Guest_Aliyah : and what do you believe for you? Guest_Aliyah : yet you said he loved your mother.... Guest_Aliyah : thats part of life, sadly.... Guest_Dastan : yeah...it is...it just goes to prove my point...Villains dont get happy endings Guest_Aliyah with that kind of attitude, yeah Villians never get a happy ending...and I never shouldve admitted to you what I wanted..." she turns and starts to walk away, wiping at her eyes from the sudden tears Guest_Aliyah stops, not facing him "what? just talk to Hook and find out what is really going on and we'll move from there" Guest_Aliyah looks at him over her shoulder Guest_Aliyah raises a brow Guest_Aliyah : what cave? Guest_Aliyah : look...its too help Leia...right now her live matters more than what I want and clearly cant have... Guest_Dastan : about a decade ago...Rumple's henchmen found a cave that ran under the barrier...they were supposed to be digging it out to hopefully break through...never found out if they did or not...but its the only other viable way to get to this side...without a potion Guest_Aliyah : where is this cave? Guest_Aliyah tucks a strand of hair back behind her ear "apparently they broke through" Guest_Dastan : considering its where Leia saw him first...its a pretty good guess Guest_Aliyah : ok...so we need to do something... Guest_Aliyah 's eyes widen when she realizes what he is doing "I think there is a way to do it....and you do realize that by doing that it takes away your and Leia's chance to go back now...." Guest_Aliyah smiles and with out realizing what she was doing, she goes back to him, throwing her arms around his neck and kisses him deeply Guest_Dastan kisses her back...sparkling lights floating around them again Guest_Aliyah 's eyes widen as she sees the sparkling lights and pulls back "did you see that?" Guest_Aliyah : I have no idea...all i know its sparkling lights Guest_Aliyah "yeah" and she steps back, letting her arms fall from his neck "and..um...sorry...shouldnt have done that..." Guest_Aliyah : no its not....we decided not to follow through on those feelings earlier....I just was happy to hear that you are protecting Leia.... Guest_Aliyah : figure out how to keep her from going back with him..... Guest_Aliyah : the only way I know how to do that is marry her off to someone... Guest_Aliyah : I know...and I dont think I could talk her into it.... Guest_Aliyah : sounds like it falls to you.... Guest_Aliyah : what did you do? Guest_Aliyah you and Phillip actually agreed on something?" asks, her tone surprised Guest_Aliyah : just a tad.... Guest_Aliyah : maybe let Phillip try while we find the location of the cave and figure out what to do about hook Guest_Aliyah : it would keep her busy.. Guest_Aliyah : and we only have a few days before Hook comes back to take you two back... |
