no you werent raised by them, and neither was Robin...and one isnt automaticly born a hero, they just at sometimes slip right into it.  Maybe instead of thinking like that, you should focus on getting to know Robin as a brother and not a hero

Its a little different for Robin...He was at least raised by people who knew his parents...who could pass on thier legacy to him...I didnt have that...I grew up a whipping girl to a spoiled red queen...then a bean picker...Robin and I have very different experiences...which shaped who we are today...
