the necklace she wore...Guest_Aliyah : daddy, she shouldnt be judged because of her mother...I made that mistake at first..and I know differently....Guest_Aladdin : you know it...your mother, Zarif and I know it...but that doesnt mean the council will see our point of view...Guest_Aladdin smiles warmly at his daughter...Guest_Aliyah smiles back "you do know, this will but a tear in grandpa's plans for Phillip and me...if his parents and grandparents cant see what we've seen"Guest_Aladdin quietly gets up...leaving the room...Guest_Aliyah looks back at Leia after he leaves "you glass bottle around her neck...helping Ali to finish packing...Guest_Aliyah gets up and they finish packing, and sometime later the maids come and get the girls luggage, and they follow them down to the front, Ali quietly thinking on how to get the necklace away from LeiaGuest_Leia The girls get into the carriage which starts to head to Alder City...it will take them nearly two days to get to the Capital...Jasmine and Aladdin were in a second carriage...with a third following with Zarif and one of Jasmine's handmaidens...Guest_Leia watches out the window...as the landscapes change before her eyes...Guest_Aliyah sighs softly as they leave AgrabahGuest_Leia : what's wrong?Guest_Leia : you said before you wanted to get away from being cooped up in the palaceGuest_Leia : ohGuest_Leia : I cant imagine...Guest_Aliyah smiles softly "this is a first for me...going to the capital city of Mysthaven..."Guest_Leia : same hereGuest_Leia sighs..."Feels like I am going to my execution..." Says honestly...Guest_Aliyah : and I hope its not the case..you dont deserve that....and hopefully they will listen to my parents, Zarif, and me...Guest_Leia : have to wait and seeGuest_Leia its not long before they are stopping for the night...the carriages converted into sleeping chambers...the girls would be together in one...its late at night when Ali wakes up...Leia asleep beside her...› Guest_Aladdin has left the conversation. › Guest_Zarif has joined the conversation. › Guest_Zarif +Q Guest_Zarif Guest_Aliyah lays there for a minute and listens to Leia sleep, and easily removes her necklace, and slips out of the carriage without a sound and goes over to where a fire had been litGuest_Aliyah quickly hides the necklace in her pocket when she hears Zarif "was...something woke me up..."Guest_Aliyah sighs softly, pulling the necklace out of her pocket, holding it up "I sorta took this from Leia" she says softlyGuest_Zarif 's eyes widen as he takes the necklace from her...holding it very gingerly in his hands..."By Allah..."Guest_Aliyah looks at the former genie "Zarif? did I take something thats important to her?"Guest_Zarif : this is a very ancient form of Magic...basically you take an object of magical value...and shrink it down...concentrating its magic and potency...so that if its released...it will be far more powerful than its original incarnation...Guest_Aliyah swallows hardGuest_Zarif : Very few magic users can use this magic...the Fairies...a Genie or two...given Maleficent's history...she would be capable...Guest_Zarif : a spinning wheel...I would wager the very same spinning wheel that was used to send the Princess Aurora into her enchanted slumberGuest_Zarif : The King and Princess would see a necklace around the neck of a vengeful fairy's daughter...the Fairies...would only see it if they were paying attention...Guest_Aliyah snickers, knowing full well how the fairies pay attentionGuest_Zarif waves his hand...creating a duplicate that is identical to the real one...handing that one to Ali...Guest_Aliyah takes the duplicate from him "will she notice?"Guest_Zarif : She doesnt know what is coming...she is afraid...she doesnt want to die for her mother's crimes...She would be a fool to not have thought up an escape plan...and she is no foolGuest_Aliyah : I dont want her to die for her mother's crimes either....she didnt have a thing to do with it....Guest_Zarif : we know that...but when you take into consideration that King Stefan, Queen Leah are both going to be there...reminding Aurora of the curse that stole her from them for her entire childhood...reminding her that her beloved Phillip almost died trying to save her because of Maleficent...how far will that knowledge go when the dark Fairy's daughter is standing in front of you...powerless...Guest_Aliyah swallows "probably as far as it would go if it was Jafar's son standing there instead of her"Guest_Zarif : the fear of the evil that nearly destroyed the lives of hundreds is held prisoner by that barrier...the thought that it can be crossed...that an entirely new generation could face that same evils...Guest_Aliyah : they have that fear for the villians children, but who's to say the hero's kids couldnt take the same path, why arent they scared about that?Guest_Zarif : Young Leia had that around her neck...would she have used it...that is a question I dont know how to answer...If she was cornered...maybe...or out of a desire to avenge her mother...perhapes...maybe out of spite...hard to say...here in this land...she has free will...the freedom to determine her own fate...Guest_Aliyah nods, staring at the fireGuest_Zarif : Just as you do...your future is mapped out in some ways...but in others...the choices are yours...you could decide tomorrow to join Cassum...become a thief...or become an explorer...marry a Diamond in the rough and work in the marketplace...selling whatever wares you can...Guest_Aliyah nods againGuest_Zarif smiles at herGuest_Aliyah smiles back "you know daddy and grandpa would have a heart attack if I joined Cssum"Guest_Zarif : just proves you were raised a compassionate ruler like your mother...putting your people before yourself› Guest_Aliyah has left the conversation. |
