She asks...keeping her voice somewhat innocent...Guest_Phillip gives her a look "really? you havent noticed that for some odd reason they have feelings for each other"Guest_Aliyah your father had no claim to anything in Agrabah, according to the law....but fine blame me for everything..." blinks back sudden tears "go back to the picnic and have fun.." starts walking away againGuest_Dastan : moves forward...taking hold of her..."What did you expect Ali...you take two villains kids out of their world of isolation and push them into your world and just expect them to conform...act with morals and ethics...things that are completely foreign to us I might add...we dont belong here...no matter how much you try...we werent raised like you...Guest_Leia : Even if they do...they cant act on them...Guest_Aliyah : no..I would have expected that you would at least try and make decisions that arent based on what you just know....life is about taking chances...Guest_Phillip : because of their past histories, from where they are from, from what class they are..Guest_Leia : all of the aboveGuest_Aliyah and I am sorry for that..." she glances down at his hand on her arm, then looks back at him "and I cant do anything to make the council change their minds on what they want to do..."Guest_Phillip : Leia, times change...anything can happen..look at us, we are in each other's company and arent trying to kill each other...there is hope that things can changeGuest_Leia : Only because I am trying very hard to ingore my primal desireGuest_Aliyah : that only happens is when Im at home...here, im outranked by my grandfather and mother...Guest_Dastan sighs...looking away from herGuest_Aliyah puts her free hand on top of his, gently pulling his hand off of her arm "I dont know what you are used too but Im not the type of princess that always wants her way...you better get back to the picnic before they come looking for you..."Guest_Phillip : there is that..and you have realized that I had nothing to do with what happened, same with meGuest_Leia : true...its still not easy to ingore...ever since I was old enough to understand what happened...I have been taught to elimate my enemiesGuest_Dastan : Ok...let me rephrase...I am not going back without you becuase if I do...she will kill meGuest_Aliyah heads back to the picnic siteGuest_Dastan sighs...following her backGuest_Leia looks up as they return...Guest_Phillip looks up and frowns when they return "didnt go well" he whispers to LeiaGuest_Leia shakes her head no as they come back...Guest_Aliyah smiles a bit to brightly as she sits on the blanket "everything looks good"Guest_Leia swallows hard...Guest_Aliyah oh dont be ridiculous Phillip...this is perfect..you and Leia did a great job getting everything around..it would be wrong to ruin such a beautiful picnic...hey..you know what would make this better?" she stands back up "I'll be right back" and heads insideGuest_Phillip looks at Dastan "damn...what did you do? havent seen her like this since we were at Eric and Ariels"Guest_Phillip glances at LeiaGuest_Leia looks back at him...eyes glowing a bit green...Guest_Aliyah heads up to the apartment she was sharing with Leia, and goes in, going to her suite, and sits on the bed, holding a pillow to her chest, deciding that she wont go back out to the gardens and then gets back up, and writes a letter to her grandfatherGuest_Aliyah finishes the letter and wakes Tamina up, asking her to take it back to Agrabah and hand it directly to her grandfather..She takes a deep breath, picks up a bottle of wine on her way back down and soon is rejoining them "time to celebrate" she says in a deadpan tone holding up the bottle and the four glassesGuest_Aliyah oh..just a princess chosing one of her many suitors to marry..." she kneels down, opening the bottle and pouring them all a glass "isnt that what Im supposed to do?"Guest_Leia : what!Guest_Aliyah what? it needed to be done..my grandfather needed piece of mind" she hands them the glassesGuest_Dastan : wait a sec...I thought you had decided to wed for love...you cant change your mind nowGuest_Aliyah : and why cant I? its become quite clear that I wont get the chance...and I cant leave my grandfather worrying about the future of AgrabahGuest_Aliyah watches him as she downs her glass of wine "in love with who?"Guest_Phillip sips at his wine, watching themGuest_Aliyah I love him, but as a brother and friend...and we agreed long ago that there wouldnt be anything more between us..." she pours herself another drink and downs that one before standing "so lets get this party started..."Guest_Leia takes the wine...waving a hand over it...changing it into a harmless fruit drinkGuest_Aliyah : no I made the right decision...im not as lucky as your parents or mine or any of the others to marry for love.... |
